There are several ways to get support:
- Winbar support handles all problems in Winbar.
- G-bar support takes care of all G-bar problems including issues while connected to the G-bar from the Winbar.
- CampusNet support handles all issues regarding CampusNet.
- Campus service administers and maintains all buildings, rooms, furniture, projectors, toilets etc. on campus.
- Databar IT Support: If you are not sure where to send your mail, you can send it to itsupport@student.dtu.dk. Your mail will then be redirected to the appropriate support department.
